Dear President Truman,
This would be the first time in history that the atomic bomb would be used. It would also mean the biggest destruction in human history. With this bomb there will be many many deaths and many more sicknesses. Now Japan is ready to surrender, that doesn't mean we have to drop the bomb. They already said they surrender. Yes, i know they attacked us severely in Pearl Harbor, but that doesn't mean that we should do the same thing.
Sir, if we drop the bomb every nation is going to be doing that and we are going to be left below instead of being the superiority. We would start a "Nuclear Age". The China, Soviets, and others will try to develop there own atomic bomb. A fear Nuclear Holocaust is now among the American people and all the other people in the world. So, Sir please think twice before you drop the atomic bomb in Hiroshima.
